Electric Holiday - A collaboration between Barneys New York and Disney

For their Holiday 2012 holiday campaign the iconic Barney's New York collaborated with Disney creating this video of some of our favorite fashion personalities,Disney style, including Sarah- Jessica Parker, Emanuelle Alt, Alber Elbaz, Linda Evangelista, Nicholas Ghesquiere, Naomi Campbell, to name a few.

 I have to say its quite cute, you can visit the store for special merchandise and to view the video in the little theater installed in the ninth floor of the Madison ave store.

I'm loving the new windows at Barneys in the upper east side, witch feature art by New York-based artist Ella Kruglyanskaya. The contrast of the white clothes and the colorful paintings creates a really cool effect.

Daphne Guinness at Barneys New York pt2

British artist and member of the Guinness family, Daphne Guinness, collaborated with Barneys New York in preparation for the MET ball with an artistic performance in one the windows of their flagship on Madison avenue. Daphne changed into a feather Alexander McQueen gown in the Barneys window before the gala.. In addition to this some of her couture pieces are being display on the other windows of the store.
